The Project
Stredder Demolition completed a comprehensive industrial warehouse strip-out in Sheffield, transforming two industrial units into a single space through extensive internal strip-out works, showroom removal, office block demolition and full site clearance.
The project involved removing existing fixtures, fittings and internal infrastructure, including warehouse racking systems, mezzanines, shelving, partition walls, office areas, equipment and redundant materials.
All associated waste was cleared from site to prepare the premises for its next phase of use.
Throughout the project, our team prioritised safe, efficient working practices while carefully removing internal structures and maintaining the integrity of the retained building.
Scope of Works
Our expert and highly experienced team at Stredder Demolition carried out full strip-out and internal demolition works, with scope of works including:
Strip-out of two industrial warehouse units
Integration of both units into one open space
Demolition and removal of the office block structure
Removal of internal partition walls
Dismantling and removal of the warehouse racking system

Project Outcome
From initial site assessment and project planning through to internal demolition, waste removal and final clearance, Stredder Demolition managed the four-week project from start to finish.
The completed works left both units stripped back to shell condition and consolidated into one open space, ready for the next phase of development or occupation.
Health & Safety
Health and safety remained a priority throughout the four-week warehouse strip-out and demolition project in Sheffield. Before work commenced, appropriate Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) were prepared to identify potential hazards, assess risks and establish safe working procedures.
Throughout the project, our team followed the agreed safety procedures and site requirements to support the safe, controlled and efficient delivery of the works.
